THINK global ACT local BUILD sustainable
GlobaLocalTecture, a new part of Eiffeltecture, founded by Rothfuss and Wong in Berlin.
GlobaLocalTecture is researching and analysing our environment at every geographical level - from the global to the continental; from national to the urban and from the building scale to the micro. Energy is at the centre of this operation.
It suggests analysis of the known factors of our planet e.g. wind, tidal, solar... etc. and interweaves as well as transforms these known natural resources into the components of Architecture in understanding the laws governing the conservation of energy.
Research and projects have been undertaken to explore the above aims. |
